A journey about curiosity and desire.
Gumball Dream begins with a simple curiosity. What first appears playful gradually reveals another force quietly guiding the story forward through desire. The narrative carries the feeling of a dream, where events seem both uncontrolled and quietly directed at the same time. Curiosity begins the journey, desire pushes it forward, and the cycle continues until the candy reaches its destination, swallowed by the lips of desire.
The project began with a MASH experiment. While testing procedural motion, the magical movement of the candies gradually formed the mechanism of the crazy Gumball machine and became the core structure of the animation.
